What you'll do:
- Review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to IFRS
- Analyse the impact of business actions on financial results
- Prepare internal and external management reporting packages
- Set the right goals to steer the company and follow up on their progress
- Contribute to ensuring accurate and reliable accounting data
- Provide insightful analyses regarding sales, costs, profitability, and efficiency
- Contribute to finance projects (major one being ERP implementation)
- Act as a business partner for non-finance stakeholders
Who we're looking for:
- Completed Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Finance / Accounting
- 3 years of experience as a financial controller, auditor or accountant
- Working knowledge of accounting and controlling aspects
- Proven Ms Excel skills, MsDynamics is a plus
- Ability to quickly build credibility and trust with all levels in an organization
- Hands-on mentality, analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and pragmatism
- Excellent communication skills in English
