About the Role

What you'll do
- You drive the strategic and intelligent implementation of marketing campaigns;
- You’ll cooperate closely with our local business development and website teams as well as our creative team to develop, test, and implement your strategies;
- As an ambitious partner of our global marketing team, you discuss marketing approaches on eye level and challenge the status quo;
- Based on your in-depth knowledge of the online & offline marketing landscape, you enrich the long-term marketing vision;
- You build, develop, and advance our German marketing team in Frankfurt as a leader, expert, and coach.
Who we are looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Advanced degree (Master's or equivalent) is a plus;
- At least 4 years of experience in marketing, with >1 years in a leadership role;
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful full-funnel marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Experience in managing internal and external stakeholders.
- Fluent in both English and German (C2).
