What you’ll do:
- Lead the growth of the German market by identifying opportunities and implementing initiatives that drive sustainable business expansion.
- Manage a high-performing team of 5 focused on business optimization and new initiatives to fuel growth.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and potential growth areas that align with Emma’s brand proposition.
- Supervise back-end and consumer-facing operations by working closely with third-party suppliers to streamline processes and ensure smooth collaboration.
- Build and develop strategic business relationships to strengthen Emma’s market position and business reach.
- Stay informed on industry trends by researching related events, publications, and announcements to identify trendsetting ideas.
- Analyze business opportunities by reviewing market strategies, deal requirements, and financials to make informed decisions about potential partnerships and deals.
Who we are looking for:
- 6+ years of experience in consulting, management, start-ups, or digital marketing, with experience in a leadership role at a successful start-up or e-commerce company.
- Passion for fast-scaling business models and the drive to execute at a high level in a dynamic environment.
- Rational and effective thinker who can develop and execute strategies with a focus on achieving both short-term and long-term goals.
- Self-starter who thrives working independently and takes initiative to solve problems and drive results.
- Curious and hungry to learn, constantly seeking personal and professional development.
- Proficiency in Excel for advanced data analysis and reporting.
- Strong negotiation and management skills, with the ability to train and coach team members while maintaining a growth mindset.
- Excellent analytical skills and a quick learner who can adapt to changing business conditions.
