What you will do:
- As a Project Manager, you drive the product development of sleep products (mattresses and textile accessories) from the ideation process to the approval of the final specifications.
- You will develop the products to push the boundaries of what is possible for superior sleep.
- You coordinate the product development in close collaboration with the internal stakeholders (Product Success, Procurement, etc.) and suppliers all over the world.
- You define the product specifications (incl. target costing) and co-innovate together with partners from all around the world the products of the future through different iterations.
- You monitor and report on all aspects of the projects including progress, project profitability, and risks.
- You apply a customer-centric and agile approach in your projects.You make sure to meet the deadline while keeping the costs on track.
Who we are looking for:
- Previous experience as a product development manager, product launching, or comparable role is an advantage.
- Proven ability to work cross-team and manage multiple stakeholder needs and expectations.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and effectively deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- An international background that allows you to look at opportunities from multiple perspectives.
- You have a passion for developing brands from a holistic perspective.
- You are entrepreneurial by nature and see opportunities everywhere.
- You're fast, pragmatic, and proactive, have high energy and a can-do attitude.
- You love to work with others and others love to work with you.
- You are fluent in English.
