What you would do
- As a key member of the Offline (B2B) Operations EU team, you will shape the strategic direction of one of our most important and fast-growing sales channels, driving organizational transformation and operational excellence.
- Collaborating closely with the Team Lead of Supply Chain Excellence, you will influence key strategic decisions and initiatives to elevate our supply chain processes, supporting growth objectives.
- You will own and lead high-impact projects from conception to execution, optimizing complex processes to deliver measurable improvements in efficiency and scalability.
- Engage with senior internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on strategic objectives and successful execution of B2B supply chain projects.
- Apply continuous improvement methodologies to streamline processes, drive innovation, and enable growth while achieving operational excellence.
- Design and implement advanced monitoring systems to track key supply chain metrics, ensuring sustained improvements and data-driven decision-making.
- Oversee process enhancements that will have a lasting impact on B2B supply chain performance, driving measurable results across the organization.
Who we're looking for:
- A degree in supply chain management, business administration, engineering, logistics, or a related field (advanced qualifications such as an MBA are a plus).
- Extensive experience in supply chain, operations, logistics, or project management, with a strong track record of leading strategic initiatives and driving results in complex environments.
- A deep understanding of supply chain strategy and the ability to develop high-level frameworks that achieve operational excellence.
- Proven experience in project management methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, etc.), with a demonstrated ability to apply these principles to deliver measurable outcomes on large-scale projects.
- Strong proficiency in tools like Jira and Confluence, utilizing them to drive results, track milestones, and maintain project alignment across teams.
- Leadership qualities that enable you to influence and guide cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration.
- A data-driven approach, with the ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies for continuous improvement.
- A creative problem-solver with a solutions-oriented mindset, capable of overcoming challenges and driving success in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong ownership of key initiatives, balancing customer-centricity and business objectives to deliver results.
- Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus).
- Knowledge of automation tools and programming languages such as Python and SQL is an advantage.
