What You'll Do (主な業務内容):
- 日本市場におけるP&L全体の責任を担い、トップラインの成長を牽引するとともに、持続可能なボトムラインの収益性を確保する。
- 国別マーケティング戦略の策定および実行を統括し、パフォーマンス重視のアプローチにより、ブランドプレゼンスの強化、顧客エンゲージメントの向上、ならびに事業全体の成長を推進する。
- 日本市場におけるエンドツーエンドの商業成長戦略を統括し、オンラインおよび拡大するオフライン事業を含め、Emmaのグローバル目標と整合させながら、ベストプラクティスの推進、シナジー、複雑性、ローカル適応、成長性、収益性のバランスを図る。
- オフラインチャネル(卸売、Emma直営店舗)を拡大し、オンラインとの相乗効果を強化しながら、プレミアムな収益機会を獲得するためのオムニチャネル体制を構築する。
- 日本地域における中長期戦略を策定・高度化し、グローバルの優先事項との整合性を確保しつつ、ローカル市場の動向に柔軟に対応する。
- オペレーショナル・エクセレンスを体現するロールモデルとしてEmmaを牽引し、部門横断チームを鼓舞・挑戦・エンパワーすることで、卓越した成果の創出を実現する。
- 主要パートナー、顧客、戦略的アライアンスを含む社内外の重要ステークホルダーと強固な関係を構築・維持する。
- 事業開発、マーケティング、オペレーションなどの主要機能においてチームをリード・育成し、高い成果を生み出すハイパフォーマンス文化を醸成する。
- 当社の成長構造を戦略的・運営的に分析・理解し、トップライン成長とボトムラインの収益性の両立を重視しながら、市場の迅速な成長を実現する。
- Lead the Japan market with full P&L ownership, driving top-line growth and ensuring sustainable bottom-line profitability.
- Oversee the development and execution of country-level marketing strategies with a strong focus on performance, strengthen brand presence, enhance consumer engagement, and support overall business growth.
- Own the end-to-end commercial growth strategy for Japan (online and scaling offline) in line with Emma’s global objectives, advancing best practices and balancing synergies, complexity, local adaptation, growth and profitability.
- Grow offline (wholesale, Emma-branded stores) and build omnichannel presence to capture premium profit pools while strengthening online synergy.
- Shape and refine the long-term strategy for the Japan region, ensuring alignment with global priorities while adapting to local market dynamics.
- Champion operational excellence by serving as a role model within Emma; inspiring, challenging, and empowering cross-functional teams to achieve outstanding results.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-level internal and external stakeholders, including key partners, clients, and strategic collaborators.
- Lead and develop team members across business development, marketing, operations, and other core functions, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Analyze and understand our growth structures (strategically and operationally) to grow the market rapidly with a focus on top line growth as well as bottom line profitability
Who We’re Looking For (求める人物像):
- 成長戦略・戦略コンサルティング、パフォーマンス/デジタルマーケティング、またはEコマース分野において7~15年の実務経験を有し、高い目標に向けてハイパフォーマンスなチームを率いてきた豊富なリーダーシップ経験を持つ方
- 日本語および英語の両方に堪能であること。
- 急成長・高スケーラビリティのビジネスモデルに強い関心を持ち、事業の立ち上げ、拡大、または成長加速に携わった実績がある方。
- データに基づいて意思決定を行う分析的かつ戦略的思考力を持ち、前提を疑いながら、常により効果的なアプローチを追求できる方。
- 高いオーナーシップを持つセルフスターターであり、主体的かつ好奇心旺盛で、自律的に学び続けられる方。
- 明確なビジョンを発信し、複雑な概念を組織のあらゆるレベルに分かりやすく伝える高いコミュニケーション能力を有する方。
- 交渉力、コーチング力、ステークホルダーマネジメント力に自信があり、スピード感のある環境下で継続的に学び成長できる方。
- 7–15 years of experience in growth and strategy consulting, performance or digital marketing, or e-commerce, complemented by extensive leadership experience in steering high-performing teams toward ambitious business goals.
- Fluent in both English and Japanese.
- Strong interest in fast-scaling business models, with demonstrable experience in building, scaling, or accelerating businesses.
- Analytical and strategic thinker who makes decisions based on data, challenges assumptions, and continuously seeks more effective approaches.
- A self-starter with high ownership; proactive, curious, and eager to learn independently.
- Able to communicate a clear vision and simplify complex concepts so they are understood across all levels of the organization.
- Confident in negotiating, coaching, managing stakeholders, and continuously learning at a fast pace.
