Key Responsibilities
- Stock Depletion: Drive the sell-through of aging or excess inventory across offline and online channels to maximize revenue and minimize stockholding risks.
- Partnership & Contract Management: Leverage and expand existing partnerships, negotiating agreements that drive commercial success.
- Market Expansion: Identify and establish new global partners to optimize stock sell-through and expand market reach.
- Data & Financial Analysis: Use Excel and financial modeling to structure deals, analyze numbers, and make data-driven decisions.
- Resilience & Problem-Solving: Address depletion challenges, bringing structure and innovative solutions to sell stock effectively.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales) and external partners to align on depletion strategies and execution plans.
Who We're Looking For
- Experienced Professional: Minimum 3+ years in a senior role handling stock depletion strategies or commercial sales.
- Strong Negotiator: Proven ability to negotiate contracts and drive high-value deals.
- Financially Savvy: Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and structuring complex deals.
- Resilient & Strategic: Able to solve complex problems and drive structured decision-making.
- Excellent Collaborator: Comfortable working with sales teams and external partners to align depletion strategies.
- Commercially Driven: Focused on maximizing sales opportunities through strategic inventory sell-through.
