What you'll do:

  • Lead cost transparency initiatives for all accounts across the EU Fulfilment teams and steer its efficiency;
  • Monitor logistic costs, operational KPIs, and support the annual budgeting process;
  • Design roadmaps to develop key processes, analyze its gaps and pain points, define initiatives to improve them while ensuring its scalability and business sustainability and profitability;
  • Steer the process improvement initiatives with the relevant interdisciplinary teams and ensure a high quality of results;
  • For processes to be performed in our systems, you'll  collect user stories with (internal) customers, supporting on its discovery of their OPS customers' needs, and partly also supporting the technical solution design.
  • Create transparency of processes by continuously quantifying their performance based on KPIs;
  • Support the development and establishment of standards and best practices;
  • Cooperate with a broad group of stakeholders within and also outside of Operations (incl. for example Finance, Data, etc.) and align them towards the optimization of our processes.
  • Build and share process knowledge, hence enabling stakeholders to adhere to the new standards.

Who we are looking for:

  • You have a degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics or a related field;
  • You have relevant working experience with controlling and/or logistics, experience in process management, invoice control and project management;
  • You consider multiple aspects when making business-relevant, pragmatic decisions, balancing customer centricity and business requirements;
  • You are a self-starter and can work independently and have a problem-solving mindset;
  • You are a strategist: you enjoy creating a vision and thinking long term to bring our processes to the next level
  • You are a structured thinker: you enjoy analyzing problems, can draw meaningful insights from data, and derive the meaningful conclusions;
  • You are a People's person: you enjoy engaging with & winning over different people across the company.
