About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to support our Launch Managers in the successful opening and operational setup of Emma stores across Europe. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management, marketing, and logistics in a fast-paced, international environment.
What you'll do :
- Store Launch Coordination
- You will assist in the planning and execution of new store openings across various European locations.
- You will support the team in ensuring smooth store operations during the critical first weeks after launch.
- Marketing Initiatives
- You will contribute to the development and execution of "Drive-to-Store" marketing campaigns.
- You will assist in promoting the Independent Emma Store program through creative and effective marketing strategies.
- Operational Efficiency
- You will monitor and manage order processes, ensuring accurate tracking and timely deliveries to stores.
- You will collaborate with logistics teams to maintain operational excellence.
- Partner Communication
- You will act as a key point of contact for external partners to streamline communication and facilitate project alignment.
- You will provide updates and coordinate with internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.
Who we are looking for :
- You are currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field.
- You are equipped with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- You are proficient in project management and capable of multitasking in a dynamic setting.
- You are skilled in communication and interpersonal interactions, enabling effective collaboration with partners and teams across diverse locations.
- You are interested in retail, logistics, or marketing within a fast-growing industry.
