What you'll do:

  • You act as a strategic advisor to team leads and senior stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact for all topics across the employee lifecycle. 
  • You build strong, trust-based relationships to deeply understand both people and business needs and translate them into actionable, strategic recommendations. 
  • You shape and contribute to P&O initiatives at the organizational level, ensuring they are aligned with business priorities and address emerging challenges. 
  • You provide senior-level consultation and advising on leadership effectiveness, talent development, engagement, retention, and team dynamics. 
  • You Support leaders in creating meaningful development plans, navigating complex or sensitive people situations, and fostering high-performing teams. 
  • You oversee and continuously enhances core people development processes, including performance and feedback cycles, development conversations, learning opportunities, and exit practices. 
  • You prioritize talent development and retention by strengthening leadership capabilities and ensuring a high bar for performance and potential across the organization. 
  • You collaborate closely with other P&O sub-teams, regionally and globally, to create a consistent, scalable, and positive people experience. 

Who we're looking for:

  • You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, psychology, human resource management, pedagogics, social sciences, or a comparable qualification.
  • You bring at least 4y ears of professional experience in HR roles within a global environment and have supported leaders and teams in a fast-paced, international context.
  • You know how to conceptualize, implement, and refine people development initiatives and can connect them to broader organizational priorities.
  • You enjoy challenging the status quo and are not afraid to speak up; you are eager to review, improve, and further develop existing processes in an environment where change is constant.
  • You are experienced in steering projects autonomously and work in an independent, structured, and solution-oriented way.
  • You bring strong analytical and strategic skills combined with a high level of engagement, drive, and a hands-on mentality.
  • You have excellent communication skills, act proactively, and demonstrate strong intercultural competence.
  • You have very good written and spoken English skills and are an excellent team player.
