At Emma, we’re looking for an experienced Group Product Manager / Head of Product to own our ERP product group. You will lead the product vision and team responsible for the systems that power Emma’s core business processes—spanning  Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to Report . Built on  Microsoft Dynamics 365 , these products are the backbone of how Emma plans, buys, sells, fulfils, and accounts for its operations globally.  

This is a leadership role: you will manage 1-2 Product Managers and Functional Managers, set strategy across all three ERP domains, and act as the primary interface between technology and the business functions that rely on these systems every day.  

 

Note: This is a remote position open to candidates based in Portugal or Germany.
