Our team members stay sharp by taking courses at our in-house Emma Sleep University. ESU offers a wide range of courses including Cross-Cultural Communication, Design Thinking, Psychology in Sales, and How to Give Constructive Feedback. Perhaps you’d like to share your know-how. Our team members can create and teach an ESU course around their area of expertise.
We also offer our international team members on-site German language classes.
