Das erwartet Dich:
- Du bist für die Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Lieferanten / Logistikdienstleistern verantwortlich
- Neben Deinen operativen Aufgaben kümmerst Du dich um die strategische Weiterentwicklung der operativen Bereiche (Supply Chain, Logistik) sowie die Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Lieferanten
- Du beteiligst dich an strategischen, nationalen und internationalen Projekten und übernimst damit Aufgaben im Operations Management
- Du erstellst KPI-Berichte für Controlling und Management
- Du identifizierst System- und Prozessschwächen und entwickelst Vorschläge zu deren Optimierung
- Du unterstützt in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Einkauf die betriebliche Seite neuer Produkteinführungen und -verbesserungen
- Du arbeitest in einem internationalen Umfeld: Du unterstützt unser internationales und dynamisches Wachstum mit der besonderen Herausforderung, neue Prozesse in neuen Ländern zu etablieren
Das erwarten Wir:
- Du hast BWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine verwandte Fachrichtung studiert und bringst erste praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich Supply Chain Management oder Logistik mit
- Du hast idealerweise bereits erste Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Speditionen, 3PL/4PL/5PL sowie weiteren Bereichen der Logistik (Lagerlogistik, Paketlogistik, Speditionslogistik) im B2B- & B2C-Umfeld
- Idealerweise hast Du bereits Kenntnisse im Bereich Import/Export sowie Grundkenntnisse im Zollwesen
- Du hast länderspezifische Kenntnisse der Logistikmärkte (europa- oder weltweit)

This is what you'll do:
- You will be responsible for all areas related to operations: Supply chain, logistics, lean management, inventory management, customer service management for Mexico
- As the company is growing exponentially you will have to imagine and implement relevant and efficient processes and grow the team accordingly
- You will be responsible for coordinating with our external partners, including warehouses, couriers, call center, and suppliers
- You will be identifying operational weaknesses and develop optimization proposals not only for the Mexican market but for the entire structure of our company

- Develop and contribute to the global quality management system at Emma
- Manage and develop our product and component suppliers in Asia
- Develop inspection guidelines and procedures for finished goods
- Conduct root cause analyses (utilizing tools such as 5Whys, 8D analysis etc) in cases of non-conformities and initiate Supplier Corrective Action Plans
- Prepare and conduct Quality and Sustainability Audits of the Asian supply chain
- Assess, test and qualify potential suppliers of finished goods
- Develop post-sales Quality management for Asian base
This is what you'll bring to us:
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related fields e.g. electronic, mechanical or materials
- 2+ year experience in Quality Management for consumer goods or FMCGs
- Analytical approach to new tasks
- Conceptually strong with an organizational talent
- Process oriented approach within the Supply Chain
- Commitment and ownership of projects and challenges
