What you'll do:

  • Ensure all HR operation processes running smoothly and efficiently, including work VISA, HR report management, HRIS etc. 
  • Work closely with other functions e.g., Recruiting, Finance, IT and global/regional teams and vendors to conduct HR operation processes.
  • Assist the Payroll team on monthly basis for payroll data cross-checking and ensure the compliance with local tax law and regulations
  • Responsible for smooth running of daily operational tasks.
  • Managing in-house ticketing system
  • Draw up employment contracts, salary and supplementary agreements etc.
  • Take care of digital and analogue personnel files
  • Organize work area independently
  • Partnering with other team colleagues as well as your team leader to drive your topics

Who we're looking for:

  • Bachelor Degree or above. At least 1 year of Human Resources operational experience
  • Experience in HR operation process integration, HRIS Project Management or JIRA is a PLUS
  • Familiar with local labor law, experience in avoiding unnecessary employment risks
  • A strong communicator with effective listening, presentation and influencing skills
  • Ability to work across business functions with strong consensus building skills to move a strategy forward
  • Resilient and good at managing changes quickly
  • Good spoken and written English & German
