What you'll do:

  • You are part of the Operational Excellence team, where cross functional expertise is employed for company-wide transformations, as well as continuous improvement of processes and methods
  • You will lead the Continuous Improvement efforts in the LATAM & USA region, identify waste, bottlenecks and further improvement potential
  • You roll out the company-wide standards and best practices to the LATAM region and support refining the global best practices and standards
  • You become the major stakeholder of software development to implement the structure for prioritization, standardization and continuous further development of our LATAM IT environment
  •   You are responsible for leading projects for process improvement with interdisciplinary teams
  •   You roll out and continuously improve the global Operations Knowledge Management approach for the LATAM region
  •   You bring your hard and soft skills to the next level, by collaborating with colleagues from more than 60 nationalities to the establishment of lean management in every aspect of the business

Who we’re looking for:

  • You have studied management, business administration, engineering or a related field and have practical experience in business development, operations or process optimization
  • You have a strong strategic and pragmatic view, and you’re able to prioritize effectively and -if necessary- push back strictly
  • You have proven experiences in process improvements as well as Lean and/or SixSigma and you have gathered first leadership experiences
  • You have a quick grasp and a strongly analytical approach that allows you to execute several tasks and problems showing ownership and hard commitment
  • You’re attracted by an entrepreneurial way of working, think beyond your day-to-day scope and manage your projects with extraordinary ownership
  • You are attracted by new challenges and have fun in looking for creative and out of the box solutions after a root cause analysis
  • You are able to identify, create and steer KPIs to measure operations and company performance
  • You enjoy steering interdisciplinary teams and are able to manage several stakeholders, optimally in a structured project management tool (e.g. Monday, JIRA, etc)
