What You'll Do:

  • You are accountable for all administrative aspects of the Emmie experience, managing end-to-end process with internal and external vendors (Recruiting, Finance, Legal & Compliance, Org Development) to run Global operations smoothly.
  • You manage physical outbound moves across a variety of policies including Go Global, Easy Global and Business Trips.
  • You build close relationships with numerous stakeholders and maintain tight control of all activities (Recruiting, Finance, Legal & Compliance, Org Development).
  • You work in collaboration with your Global Mobility colleagues across the globe on daily operational level, prioritize, resolve problems and drive Global Mobility topics.
  • You work together with the Global Mobility Manager and/or the People Operations Expert on day-to-day regional inbound temporary relocation for Emmies (Business travel, Go Global, Easy Global).
  • Work with service providers on Visa and Immigration topics for our new hires.
  • You are responsible for data input, accuracy and compliance.
  • Handle operational and administrative work, and maintain digital and analogue personnel files.
  • You proactively seek insights and feedback through data analytics and dialogue. You make suggestions on improving the employee experience, based on feedback you receive.
  • You anticipate employee needs and potential issues and challenges and proactively work to address these early.
  • You work in collaboration with your Global Mobility colleagues across the globe on daily operational level, prioritize, resolve problems and drive Global Mobility topics.
  • You ensure compliance with global regulations.
  • You also join workshops related to GM topics.

Who You Are:

  • You are currently studying or completing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resource Management or its equivalent.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You are knowledgeable in MS Office.
  • You have a strong sense of ownership and initiative.
  • You have a strong affinity for critical thinking, hands-on execution, problem-solving, and result orientation.
