What you'll Do:

  • As the Head of Strategic Projects for APAC and NA markets you will support and guide decisions with structuring and evaluating different strategic topics alongside with the Country Managers of different markets e.g. Philippines, Japan, South Korea, North America, Australia, India and China to drive growth both on our online and offline channels making sure that regional decisions are communicated and prioritized alongside other global teams specifically Europe.
  • You will bring new ideas to seek efficiency and improve on our structure (strategically and operationally) to grow the markets rapidly.
  • You will be truly entrepreneurial, bring a versatile skill set, and directly influence on the most pressing topics e.g. new product roadmap, working capital, team structure and overall growth strategies. You will work hand in hand with our country managers, business domain leaders and founders in ensuring that there's strategic synergy over all these topics.
  • You will have direct infulence in tailoring these strategies to ensure market lead advantage of Emma both on a global and regional scope.
  • You will provide support and maintain an effective communication with stakeholders by performing detailed analyses on the most important growth drivers of Emma.
  • You will think outside of the box, showing creativity to test & scale ideas quickly to source further growth.

What you'll bring to us:

  • You have successfully completed your studies bachelor (or masters) in a relevant course with strong  achievements.
  • You have experience in business  development, consulting, sales, or marketing preferably within a start/scale-up environment.
  • You have an independent, responsible, and structured way of working and think in a process-oriented manner.
  • You are fascinated by fast scalable business models.
  • You have outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • You have an affinity for numbers, and communicate with a confident demeanor.
  • You can show good knowledge of MS Office (especially in Excel).
  • You have an infectious can-do attitude, and you are a passionate all-rounder and pragmatist.
  • You are very communicative, open and enjoy working in a team.
  • You are curious and hungry to learn. You are relentless in pursuit of growth.
