What you'll do

  • You will ensure efficient coordination with resources to process customer returns and refunds, manage the volume of customer returns and refunds and achieve productivity metrics.
  • You will process product cancellations, product returns, and refunds and discounts to end customers in the order management system.
  • You will evaluate the authenticity of the refund claim by ensuring that the refund request is valid through verification that the sale has been consummated and the refund request is made within prescriptive period and other conditions of refund.
  • You will put a keen eye for the computational details with a high level of accuracy in processing refunds and discounts to end customers.
  • You will work with a present mind always and have the high accuracy and precision in preparing and maintaining refund records of the company.
  • You will assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures.
  • You will provide input into department's goal setting process.
  • You will contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

What you'll bring to us

  • You are a graduate of BS Accountancy or Finance.
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in working with any accounting software, preferably MS Dynamics in a global delivery service organization.
  • Certified Public Accountant and conversant in IFRS is an edge.
  • You have strong analytical, critical skills and problem-solving aptitude.
  • You are approachable, inspires trust, and always proactive, while being able to remain calm under stress and uncertainty.
  • You have strong attention to detail.
