What you will do

  • As part of our IT team, you will be responsible for the overall technical support for our users.
  • You will administrate and develop our full cloud infrastructure, mainly based on Microsoft.
  • You will develop auto ticket assignment workflows (ex DACH squad set up).
  • You will deploy new laptops and workstations with the help of software distribution system as well as install and configure computer hardware operating system and application.
  • You will administrate and develop intunes, our Device management solution
  • You will design, define, and develop automation of complex processes between different tools.
  • You will automate IT tasks with help of automation tools (Powerautomate) and Admin scripts (in Powershell)
  • You will have ownership of email support management, agent’s access management and developing auto ticket assignment workflows such as DACG squad set up.
  • You will integrate and maintain 3rd party platforms (Amazon, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
  • You will address incidents and requests as stated by users via ticketing system, email or phone globally.
  • You will support Phone business hours and IVR set up and ghost set up for redirection.
  • You will assist in invoice approvals and requests sent for new licenses.

What you will bring to us

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar function.
  • You have completed Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related course.
  • You have a deep knowledge and experience in Microsoft Cloud Platform (Azure & Microsoft 365)
  • You have skills in Powershell scripting
  • You have experience in ticket management tools and reporting.
