You will join Emma's e-commerce team and be responsible for the operation of the Chinese market. You will have ample opportunities to exchange experiences and collaborate closely with Emma's business development and operations teams from various countries, becoming an e-commerce expert who helps Emma grow in the Chinese market.

What you'll do
- You will directly manage and operate marketplace business on Chinese e-commerce platforms, responsible for executing core platform operations and establishing marketing and growth strategies.你将直接管理及运营 Emma在中国电商平台，负责执行平台的核心业务及建立营销及增长策略。
- You will need to regularly analyze platform data, continuously refine and optimize methods and strategic approaches, and provide structured insights based on data and market trends to help the business grow rapidly.你需要经常深入分析平台数据, 在运营的同时不断修正及优化方法及策略方针，根据数据及市场变化提出具体的建议，帮助Emma快速的增长
- You will be responsible for increasing Emma’s visibility on Chinese e-commerce platforms, maintaining brand image, and achieving excellent search rankings.你将会负责提升Emma在中国电商平台的能见度, 维护品牌形象及打造优秀的搜索排名
- You will closely collaborate with Emma's operation, customer service, warehouse management, and production teams in China, to create a high-quality shopping experience for users and maintain logistic stability.你需要与 Emma在中国的物流, 客服, 仓储, 生产线密切合作, 整合打造用户高质量的购物体验及维持进出货的稳定性
- You will participate in the business strategy planning and execution for Chinese market你将直接参与 Emma 在中国市场的业务发展规划及策略执行
What you'll bring to us
- You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Open to fresh graduates)拥有本科以上学历
- You are fluent in Mandarin and English良好的中文及英文能力
