What you will do:

  • Open and manage Emma’s first ever store and ensure its success  
  • Coordinate with multiple external service providers required to sustainably run a store
  • Create a customer centric & business oriented with an Emma DNA  work atmosphere for sleep experts (sales staff)  
  • Report on buying  & customer trends and use this as input for future tests
  • Ensure store profitability by monitoring costs and sales
  • Develop and run impactful tests to improve conversion, customer experience , or store traffic
  • Coordinate, motivate, and mentor your sleep experts to meet goals
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
  • Be an inspirational example for team members by high performance and shown ownership
  • Collaborate with European head to develop impactful tests to further improve store performance

Who we're looking for:

  • Relevant experience as a retail store manager (2-3 years)
  • Driven personality  suited for a fast-growing young company
  • Ability to combine an entrepreneurial mindset with strong empathic skills to find solutions/improvements
  • Eagerness to take responsibility and execute in a hands-on manner
  • Ability to structure your thoughts to support the growth of your store: balancing customer and business interests
  • Interest to join one of Europe’s fastest growing companies, energy to shape your own growth path in it
  • A completed degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or Marketing in a university is a plus
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
