What you'll do

  • You will assume a leadership role in the Global Customer Excellence team, contributing to shape and run the dialog channels & processes for Emma and build value generating customer engagement hubs.
  • You will lead and develop sales and churn prevention innovations with a dedicated focus on building capabilities globally within Emma and at outsourced vendor locations.
  • You will create impact from uncovering new sales channels and steering large sales teams to customer experience optimization.
  • You will steer the growth across markets ensuring alignment to our strategy, vision and clear process execution towards sales targets.
  • You will identify, build value case to fuel our growth initiatives and build remuneration strategies that contribute to significant sales.
  • You will collaborate with a multicultural team to the establishment of lean and agile management in every aspect of customer facing touchpoints and beyond.

Who we are looking for:

  • You have successfully completed your studies in a relevant field with strong achievements.
  • You have rich qualifications as sales and customer care leader and want to take Emma to the next level of growth
  • You have a track record of effectively building sales teams with strategic and commercial ownership
  • You have an affinity for numbers and crunch data on an advanced level (eg. Excel, Google Analytics), effective communication and negotiation skills with strong business acumen
  • You have leadership enthusiasm with a winning and motivated team player personality
  • You are truly entrepreneurial and want to bring your skills to the next level
  • You have an infectious can-do attitude, and you are a passionate all-rounder and pragmatist.
  • You are curious and hungry to learn.
  • You are relentless in pursuit of growth.
