This is what you can expect:

  • As a leader, expert & coach, you advise and develop our Recruiting Team in Lisbon in all areas of personnel recruitment
  • You are a trusted partner for our Global Head of Recruiting, our management and our entire Emma team 
  • You manage the entire recruiting process for Lisbon, from clarification of requirements and interviews to offer and contract negotiation
  • You represent our company to the outside world and inspire potential top hires and partners with your passion for Emma.
  • Improving our recruiting performance through the help of KPIs is in line with your personality & skills
  • A first-class candidate experience is not a fashionable topic for you, but the driving force of your activity
  • Your recruiting heart beats for the agile and intelligent implementation of recruiting projects
  • You cooperate strongly with our employer branding team and develop marketing measures to support our recruiting activities
  • You are enthusiastic about innovative recruiting approaches and channels as well as their implementation and further development

  • You are passionate about recruiting and always try to find the optimal match for company and applicant
  • You have several years of experience in the field of recruiting or talent acquisition and ideally have some leadership experience 
  • You are highly solution-oriented and have a keen sense for people and situations.
  • Your strong business orientation is combined with deep technical expertise in recruiting and active sourcing.
  • The topics of entrepreneurship, startups and tech simply interest you a lot
  • You have a very good command of written and spoken English and are an outstanding team player
  • A structured and analytical mindset, a can-do mindset and a get-things-done mentality round out your profile
