This is what you’ll do:

  • You will collaborate with worldwide markets in helping implement and achieve goals of sales strategies
  • You will structure and coordinate the onboarding & training of new external agents on sales processes
  • You will participate in training our external resources on site and virtually
  • You will maintain close contact with the customer contact centers in order to represent their needs back to the business in monthly Round Tables
  • You will create impact from uncovering new sales channels and steering sales teams to customer experience optimization
  • You will support the wider Customer Excellence team in analyzing reporting and identifying trends

  • You are willing to take operational ownership
  • You have an affinity for numbers and crunch data on an advanced level (eg. Excel, Google Analytics), effective communication and negotiation skills with strong business acumen
