What you'll do :

  • Your goal  will be to improve the experience on our website for our 1 million visitors per month in order to increase Emma France's revenues
  • You will be in charge of defining the best customer journey and user interface of the Emma France e-commerce website
  • You will analyze the behavior of our customers on our website by developing analytic skills on our tools
  • You will define how to improve the website performance and launch A/B tests in order to measure the impact of your strategy
  • You will set up workshops with Emma customers in order to find solutions to certain UX issues
  • You will conceptualize UX improvements and work with different teams to implement them (business development team, software development team)

You are in the right place if:

  • You have experience in advanced web analytics methodologies such as experimentation and testing.
  • An understanding of web design/development concepts and processes
  • You have content and visual creative skills.
  • You have strong interpersonal and teaming skills, empathy, and willingness to work in interdisciplinary teams. 
  • You speak English fluently, French is a plus but not required
