As one of Europe’s fastest growing companies, Emma is always on the move. For a new exiting project, for which we will setup our own stores, we are looking for smart, enthusiastic, entrepreneurial people to help us to maximize this great opportunity.  

What you will do

  • Play a key-role in building the Emma Retail team from scratch 
  • Setup a new sales channel for the world’s largest Direct-to-Consumer company in the sleep industry 
  • Evaluate, learn, test and improve our Emma Store strategy for Europe 
  • Actively shape the omnichannel CX (Customer Experience) – rethinking the retail business in a wholistic way  
  • Develop and run impactful tests to improve conversion, customer experience, or store traffic 
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service in a business smart manner 
  • Be an inspirational example for team members by high performance and shown ownership 
  • Collaborate with European head to develop impactful tests to further improve store performance 

What are we looking for

  • Driven personality suited for a fast-growing young company 
  • Ability to combine an entrepreneurial mindset with strong empathic skills to find solutions/improvements 
  • Eagerness to take responsibility and execute in a hands-on manner 
  • Ability to structure your thoughts to support the growth of your store: balancing customer and business interests 
  • Interest to join one of Europe’s fastest growing companies, energized to shape your own growth path in it 
  • You have completed a graduation degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or marketing on a university 
  • Relevant experience as a retail store manager (1-2 years) is preferred 
  • Fluent in English
