What you'll do:
- Work in collaboration with our CFO, and with all the finance Team Leaders
- Help build the future of Emma’s finance by driving strategic finance initiatives of our director’s agenda from development through execution
- Oversee a variety of cross-functional initiatives and projects, working closely with team members across departments to ensure their successful execution
- Analyze and interpret data to inform decision-making and develop recommendations for optimization on diverse topics
- Review, improve and even disrupt internal processes, operational setup and connected strategies for increased efficiency, productivity and excellence on a global scale
- Shape teams by challenging and advancing organizational structures and team composition as well as supporting the growth of future leaders.
Who we're looking for:
- At least 5 years of experience in finance services (consulting, audit, banking etc.)
- Knowledge of finance topics (accounting, taxes, treasury, etc.) with strong ability to learn
- Experience in data- and ERP projects (migration, etc.)
- Fluent in English - excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proactive, self-reliant, and hands-on work mentality. You are an entrepreneur within the finance field
- Strategic and creative thinker, able to manage stakeholders and competing priorities
- Ability to adapt and to prioritize the most important and biggest levers at ease, in a constantly changing environment
- Solution-oriented & curious intellectual mindset- We provide fast results; we scope projects, and we are always learning
