What you will do
- Your focus in this internship will be data excellence within our Operations Team
- You will ensure that data flow between our global, external customer service partners and Emma is maintained
- You will troubleshoot mismatches between internal and external data and design situation reports to improve the status quo
- You will be able to present your ideas on how to improve the setup and be part of shaping the future of data management
- You will act as point of contact for data queries related to weekly business reviews with service providers
- You will have the opportunity to collaborate with contact centers in performing real time analysis and data analysis tasks
Who we´re looking for
- You have a strong Entrepreneurial Mindset and feel comfortable challenging others and influencing stakeholders of all levels
- You studied business administration or Engeneering
- You speak fluent English.
- At best you gained first practical working experience in a start-up environment and are fascinated by fast scalable business models
- You have strong analytical skills and learn quickly.
- You like to take on responsibility and are able to work independently
- You are good managing data
- You have worked with excel projects
