What You'll Do
You will scale our sourcing efforts by activating search strategies using multiple recruiting tools to effectively source both active and passive candidates.
You will actively manage your recruiting pipeline, create ongoing reports and synthesize data to communicate progress and trends to team and create analysis together with the hiring teams
You will have an opportunity to work across boundaries (geography, teams, and level), collaborate with teams around the world to explore talent networks, develop creative sourcing solutions and participate in meaningful projects to evolve the recruiting process
You will leverage long-term relationships with talent pools and communities. Develop a comprehensive approach that integrates multiple concepts (e.g. community building, business intelligence) to create an innovative recruiting process
What You'll Bring To Us
You have a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or any equivalent field.
You have 1 year experience in Recruiting, Executive Search, and Talent Research in a multinational organization, e-commerce, or startups
You have strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers and recruiting teams.
You have the ability to work collaboratively in a strong virtual and local team environment.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize.
You demonstrate initiative, judgment, and maturity; track record as a self-starter.
