What you'll do:

  • As a leader, expert and coach, you will build, develop and advance the People Operations Team and Processes; Set a high bar for the team to think boldly and creatively, and then funnel that energy into concrete processes and execution plans
  • You will manage a team of efficient People Operations Managers who are the initial point of contact when Emmies seek HR consultation on a wide range of topics including compensation and benefits, conduct, policy interpretation, and navigating other sensitive topics
  • You will design and deliver targeted solutions with a high degree of focus on scale and growth, including strategic planning, visioning, change management and team building on People programs and process, including Support, Total Rewards, Employee and Labor Relations
  • You will Improve existing processes and lead projects on the development of new processes to keep the People Support Team scale with Emma’s growth on regional and global level
  • You will anticipate business needs, diagnose problems, identify and drive appropriate HR solutions
  • You will address and resolve employee questions, concerns, or complaints quickly, amicably, and with empathy by applying advanced knowledge of employment law, HR processes, and good judgment
  • You will analyze trends and use data to help develop people programs and influence change to make teams more effectively
  • You are a trusted partner for our Team Lead, Europe, our management and our entire Emma team 
  • You represent Emma at Internal and External Audits and prepare reporting.
  • You take care of development and performance of team-members reporting to you. 

Who we're looking for:

  • You have completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management or equivalent (Master's Degree is a plus)
  • You have 4-6 years of relevant HR experience; including a familiarity with HR policies, processes, and compliance
  • Preferably, you have an experience in leading a team, coaching, mentoring and developing employees
  • Project Management: experience in running HR projects, can coordinate and prioritize new projects, and support the business & people teams through significant process changes
  • You have the entrepreneurial drive to start things from scratch and be able to execute with agility
  • You are analytical, logical and objective and have the ability to make difficult decisions
