What you'll do

  • Drive the adaptation of Emma's brand strategy to local markets and products, by setting clear value propositions and communication guidelines for short and long term growth
  • Define a communication & messaging strategy across channels that allows for flexibility of local adaptation while maintaining a consistent global brand
  • Support country growth by building a clear framework to maintain a consistent brand throughout all channels
  • Identify and prioritize the highest impact brand initiatives by analyzing market research, brand tracker, and consumer insights
  • Collaborate and coordinate with key stakeholders through brand-based initiatives (i.e. strategic partnership, campaigns, product launches) both from local countries and external sources
  • Develop clear strategy and hypothesis for testing new marketing activities (e.g. TVCs, Social Ads, partnerships, etc.) and building clear business cases around them

Who we're looking for

  • You have successfully completed your studies in the field of Marketing, Brand Management, or a similar field of study.
  • You have professional experience in managing either a category, or brand preferably in FMCG or decentralized e-commerce company.
  • You challenge the status quo and test hypothesis to drive growth
  • You have experience in product branding, brand strategy, and campaign management.
  • You have a good understanding of performance marketing practices (i.e. CTR, Conversion Rate, Engagement Rates)
  • You’re a self-sufficient team player that is goal-oriented, structured, pragmatic, and has a flare for risk
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management
  • You are fluent in English
  • Proficient with MS Office, familiar with Tableau or similar tools
