This is what you'll do:

  • You will support the Operational Excellence Team in defining best practice standards and rolling them out
  • You analyze and improve our current processes by applying Lean Management methods and tools
  • You will assist in refining our operational processes
  • You support our country and global teams in implementing new processes according to their maturity level
  • You support the process definition and implementation of new IT Systems
  • You will work hand in hand with colleagues from our sales, customer service, production and logistics departments
  • You will work in a very international environment

This is what you'll bring to us:

  • You are curious, you question the status quo and always look for a better way to execute
  • You are an open-minded team player
  • You have great analytical skills and learn quickly
  • You like to take on responsibility and can work independently
  • You are a student of economics, business engineering, supply chain management or something similar
  • Ideally you are fluent in English - experiences in German are an advantage, but not essential
  • At best you gained first practical experience in process optimization, Lean Thinking and/or digitalization topics 
  • You know how to deal with MS-Office
