This is what you will do:
- You will develop and execute paid advertising strategies across countries for Mercado Libre and Amazon in LATAM, identifying opportunities for growth and optimization to improve campaign performance and drive revenue growth.
- You will negotiate paid advertising packages, optimizing campaigns, and testing new marketplace tools and features
- You will optimize our marketplaces files, consolidating data, ensuring high-level analysis for the region that can be referenced by our marketing, marketplace, finance and business development teams. You will develop advanced analytics tools to create custom reports and dashboards that provide clear insights into marketplace performance, ad spend, and revenue growth
- You will stay up-to-date on the latest marketplace trends and advertising technologies to drive continuous improvement in campaign performance and data management processes.
- You will build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the organization, including marketplace partners, vendors, and internal teams, to drive alignment and ensure effective communication across all levels.

- You have a first experience in E-commerce / Marketplaces
- You are curious and dynamic, you have a sense of teamwork and your interpersonal skills allow you to convince your partners.
- Your are pragmatic, organized and rigorous with your work, with a strong analysis mind and affinity for numbers.
- Your love business, as a true entrepreneur you are ready to work independently with strong responsibilities.
- You are agile : change stimulates you, you love to be autonomous and always try to improve your skills.
- You have a good mastering of Pack Office, in particular Excel ; an experience with Tableau is a plus.
- You are fluent in English.
