What you will do:
- Support the Store Manager in Emma’s first store in London, located in Westfield Shopping Centre.
- Advise our customers on how our products can help them get the ultimate night's sleep.
- Maintaining and organizing the sales floor according to the Store Manager’s process.
- Support the Assistant Store Manager in the day-to-day management of store operations.
- Do everything possible to achieve a high customer satisfaction score, always together with the customer and your team.
- Contribute to Improving things or processes that can be done better, for which you will also be rewarded.
We are looking for someone who:
- Is smart and energetic and can't wait to achieve great goals together.
- Is curious and wants to learn new things.
- Is genuinely interested in what a client is looking for and why.
- Gets bored of sitting still and is therefore always looking for new challenges or improvements within our store.
- Is fluent in English
- Experience in retail is a plus, but certainly not a must.
